The machine we propose carries out manifolds assembly and test. It consists of an ELMEC modular line with two head modules and five working modules, on which there are five robots that load pieces on to the assembly stations.
The machine works fully automatically: the operator loads and unloads the manifolds and has the task to supply the components in the feeding systems.
The machine is designed to assemble and test different kinds of manifolds, with the equipment change You can:
• assemble manifolds raging from two-ways to fourteen-ways;
• assemble manifolds with different diameters;
• assemble many types of manifolds, valves and flow meters;
• configure the recipes according to the model You want to produce.
Cycle time for the assembly of each way is: 3 seconds.
